Return & Refund Policy

Please take a photo/video of your sealed package upon receipt. 
(VIDEO UNBOXING IS STRICTLY REQUIRED)

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you have received it. Only the following conditions are approved for returns/refund:

1. Damaged items (with photo/video proof of opening a sealed package upon receipt)

  • Full refund will be issued upon confirmation
  • Damaged item must be sent back to us (we will handle the shipping costs)

2. Incorrect item received (with photo/video proof of opening a sealed package upon receipt)

  • We can offer any of the below depending on the customer's preference:
    • Ship out of the same item (if available). 
    • Full Refund of item cost.

3. Sale Items are not eligible for a refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded

4. Improper handling or usage are NOT eligible for a refund.

5. Exchanges (If applicable) - are allowed only within (7) days after receiving your item. Price must be equivalent or higher than your purchased item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

6. To ship your items back to us, you agree that you will be handling the shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please consider using trusted and trackable shipping company to handle your returned item back to us. There is no guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you used an unknown shipping company.

7. Please be reminded that we DO NOT held liable for loss, damaged or tampered items due to courier mishandling. Please report it to us before leaving a bad review or send back to us your item. We guarantee that we will help you report the issue.
